Hi! I'm Meghan.

I am a 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Student and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on human resources. I have been studying social psychology starting my degree and then on my own for 7 years and noticed common threads.


People are stressed.


This stress holds you back, pushes you down, and does terrible harm on your body, family, and coworkers. 

I started to practice yoga in 2012 and feel in love with the way it made me felt and transformed my body and mind. It has helped me live a better life with IBS, anxiety, and depression.

At Nourished with Meghan, you will find nutritious (and sometimes just tasty) recipes, movement for your body, and helpful tips and tools for your mind.

You will have guidance in ways to live a more balanced, nourished life through your

belly, body, and mind.
